1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qr789 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the qr789 website at qr789.win, creating an account, making a deposit or participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the qr789 platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Registration

During registration you will be required to provide your full name, date of birth, a valid email address and a contact number. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account on qr789. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where qr789 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the player will be closed, pending balances will be reviewed and any bonuses obtained will be voided.

You are responsible for the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. qr789 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify the qr789 support team immediately so that your account can be secured.

• You must not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• You must not use another player's account under any circumstances.
• Your account login and PKR balance are non-transferable between players.
• Accounts showing no activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. qr789 will notify you before applying any dormancy policy to your account balance.

4 Deposits & Payments

qr789 supports a range of payment methods designed for Pakistani players. All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your account balance. The following payment methods are available on the platform:

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your qr789 balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible. This requirement exists as a standard security measure to prevent unauthorised fund movements.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The general rules below apply to all bonuses on the platform unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

7 Game & Betting Rules

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed before you place a bet.

8 Sports Betting

The qr789 Sports section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 international matches, bilateral series and domestic competitions), Football and Esports, with both pre-match and live in-play betting markets available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on qr789.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time you confirm the bet. Odds are subject to change at any point before bet confirmation — qr789 is not responsible for changes occurring between you loading the market and submitting your bet slip.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a Cash Out option is available and you choose to use it before the event concludes.
• Bets on matches or events that are cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's settlement rules will be voided. Stakes on void bets are returned to your balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• qr789 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred. Players will be notified and stakes returned if this occurs.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are settled based on all individual selections being confirmed. If one selection is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining selections.

Maximum winning limits per bet and per event may apply and will be displayed in the relevant market. qr789 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on specific markets at its discretion, particularly for events with unusual betting patterns.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Use of automated bots, scripts or any software that generates betting activity outside of normal human play
• Chargebacks initiated without basis on valid deposits
• Any activity that qr789 determines poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of games and betting markets

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting qr789 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

12 Liability

qr789 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

• qr789 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or network conditions outside our direct control.

Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using qr789 and request account closure.
